On Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 3:00 P.M., CPAN will present a 1-hour roundtable discussion of several significant appellate cases that affect the rights of patients and providers under Michigan’s No-Fault Law. CPAN lawyers Joel Finnell and Katie Tucker will lead the discussion by explaining the important role that CPAN has played in these cases – and share updates about their status or the significance of the Michigan appellate court’s rulings.  The discussion will conclude with a Q&A, where attendees are invited to raise questions regarding these cases – and the impact that they will have moving forward.
