2024 Impactful Activities
2024 marks CPAN’s 20th Anniversary—two decades of leadership defending the rights of crash survivors, families, medical providers, and Michigan insurance consumers.
From a small advocacy concept in 2004, CPAN has grown into a respected statewide authority on the Michigan Auto No-Fault Law. Our expertise is frequently sought by lawmakers, appellate courts, and the media. In just the past two years, CPAN has been invited to submit amicus curiae briefs in more than a dozen Michigan Supreme Court cases addressing critical no-fault issues.
As we celebrate this milestone, CPAN renews its call for continued financial and grassroots support to ensure our collective voice remains strong in the fight for fair and compassionate care—to fund the future and further the fight!
