The Michigan Supreme Court decision this week in Andary was a great win for survivors injured before the 2019 auto no-fault reforms went into effect, for their families, and for the providers that care for them. The ruling and dissenting opinion by the justices was approximately one hundred pages. There are many questions to be answered concerning the ruling. CPAN has assembled our legal team to analyze the ruling and explore in-depth the implications for patients and providers. The CPAN legal team which will be presenting during this session includes George Sinas, General Counsel and his colleagues, Lauren Kissel, Steve Sinas, Katie Tucker, Tom Sinas, and Joel Finnell.
